This improves morale, collegiality and professional accountability.

Group Think vs. Synergy
Group Think is a dangerous phenomenon that promotes the belief that the leader has all the answers or the clear direction to go. Everyone passively follows without asking questions or critically thinking through the various options or permutations.
Group Synergy is the opposite; a healthy way to make good decisions.
